Privacy Policy

When you use twil we may collect:

• Account info — name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google or Apple Sign-In.
• Photos you upload — product images submitted for enhancement. These are stored temporarily in our cloud storage to process your request.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device type, and anonymous session identifiers.
• Payment data — processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.

• Process and deliver your enhanced photos.
• Maintain and improve the service.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account updates).
• Detect abuse and ensure platform security.

Uploaded images and generated results are stored in Supabase Storage. You can delete your images at any time from your job history. When you delete an image, it is permanently removed from our storage within 30 days.

We use the following services to operate twil:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel — web hosting and serverless functions.
• Google / Apple — OAuth sign-in providers.
• Image processing APIs — your photos are sent to third-party image generation services to produce enhanced results. These providers process images per their own privacy policies and do not retain your images beyond the processing window.

We use a session cookie (twil_session_id) to associate anonymous uploads with your account. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is protected by row-level security policies. We follow industry-standard practices to safeguard your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.

twil is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date.
