Terms of Service

By accessing or using twil ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

twil is a product photo enhancement service. You upload product images and receive enhanced versions generated using image processing technology. The Service is available via our website and mobile application.

You may use twil anonymously with limited functionality or create an account via Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant twil a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit those images solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload any images you submit.

Enhanced images produced by twil are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. We do not claim ownership of generated output. However, we cannot guarantee that generated images are free of artifacts, errors, or unintended alterations.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service to generate deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent product imagery.
• Resell access to the Service without written permission.

Some features require credits purchased through the Service. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

We strive to keep twil available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, twil and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to twil in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
